The system covers all group operations: marketing and sales, product development, procurement, and production, as well as support functions. Occupational health and safety (OHS) activities include a development program with defined objectives. HelaSteel Oy is committed to following generally accepted practices and procedures in its operations and to reducing the environmental impact caused by the manufacturing of its metal products.

Welding operations are coordinated by the production manager together with the welding coordinator, who is responsible for welder training, maintaining qualifications, and developing welding processes. The welding coordinator’s competence is demonstrated through sufficient experience and/or education.
